COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Williamsons Craig Solicitors is the trading name of Williamsons Craig LLP a limited liability partnership, registered in England and Wales with registered number OC412482. The registered office is 40 Priestpopple Hexham Northumberland NE46 1PQ where a list of members is available for inspection. The term ‘Partner’ is used to refer to a member of Williamsons Craig LLP or to an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualification.


Williamsons Craig Solicitors is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority ID No. 632034.


Williamsons Craig Solicitors maintains professional indemnity insurance which is provided by Qualifying Insurers compliant with the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The insurer is AM Trust Europe Limited.


Williamsons Craig Solicitors is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority however it is included on the register maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and may carry on insurance mediation activity including the advising on, selling and administration of insurance contracts.  The register can be accessed via the Financial Conduct Authority website www.fca.org.uk.
